International fleet company is looking for a Revenue Manager
**Responsabilities**:
- Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies for the Personal Loan business segment, focusing on pricing, product offerings, and revenue generation tactics.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market expansion.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue goals with sales strategies and promotional activities
- Utilize data analytics tools to forecast revenue trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights
- Implement effective pricing models, considering risk assessment, market demand, and profitability
- Collaborate with operational teams to manage loan portfolios, optimize capacity, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Evaluate and recommend revenue optimization tools, systems, or technologies to streamline processes and enhance revenue management practices.
- Assess risks related to revenue generation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience (4 years) in revenue management, pricing strategies, or financial analysis within the personal loan, consumer lending, or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue optimization strategies, driving measurable results.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the personal loan or consumer lending sector.
- Ability to design efficient processes and continuously improve operations.
**Benefits**:

- Payment $35,000-$45,000
