Misión del puesto

Roles and responsibilities- Generar políticas y asegurar su cumplimiento- Analizar indicadores del área, generando planes de mejora continua- Servir como socio/a estratégico hacia el/la CEO y el resto de áreas- Gestionar el equipo, orientando sobre iniciativas y actividades- Gestionar el presupuesto de la área a través de iniciativas que agreguen valor- Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral- Supervisar el correcto pago de nómina- Atender y negociar asuntos de bajas- Analizar compensación y beneficios de RappICard integrando mejoras- Atender necesidades de contratación y planeación de nuevo personal- Dar seguimiento con stakeholders sobre peticiones de puesto- Gestionar presupuestos de las áreas y el lanzamiento de ofertas- Promover la cultura y modelo de liderazgo interno, asegurando un espacio de trabajo favorable- Dar seguimiento y supervisión a comunicación interna- Asegurar el correcto diseño e implementación de procesos de gestión de talento (feedback, evaluación, capacitaciones, planes de desarrollo y carrera)- Detectar necesidades de capacitación, generando planes de formación

**Requisitos**:
- 6 o más años dirigiendo áreas de Recursos Humanos (startsups preferentemente)- Formación académica en:
- Licenciatura en áreas administrativas-
- Maestría en RR. HH. / Data Analytics / Business (deseable)-
- Conocimiento y experiência en:
- Nómina-
- Ley Federal de Trabajo-
- Reclutamiento y Selección-
- Desarrollo Organizacional-
- Capacitación-
- Comunicación interna-
- Change Management-
- Diversidad, Equidad e InclusiónAdditional Information

Software:
