Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo /a: Guest Service Agent
MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Ofrecer a todo huésped del hotel, un servicio personalizado y efectivo, brindándole toda la información necesaria acerca de los servicios de la propiedad y actividades dentro de la misma, garantizándoles los más altos estándares de confort.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Recoger soporte y cupones para soportar la habitación en file de Reservaciones o solicitarlo al huésped, (cuando aplica).
Actualización pasaporte de llegadas con información completa (llaves de habitación y brazaletes)
Atender solicitudes de huéspedes y direccionarlas al departamento correspondiente.
Revisar saldos y créditos de huéspedes a fin de garantizar este pago.
Sacar cierre de movimientos entregando efectivo y divisas en tómbola de recepción
Archiva cupones originales de llegadas nuevas en recepción dejando la copia anexada a tarjeta de registro. (Cuando aplique)
Cumple con las metas establecidas para el departamento en captura de encuestas de calidad programa de Fidelidad Melia Rewards y otras que se soliciten.
Se ocupa de estar por encima de la media general de satisfacción.
Contribuye a que todas las metas corporativas y de zona sean alcanzados a fin de cumplir con cada una de ellas.
Contribuye en las tareas propias de los supervisores a fin de delegar como mínimo una responsabilidad dentro del departamento.
Es participe del apoyo necesario dentro de la operación cuando este sea necesario.
Será total responsable del uso de las claves del sistema por lo que cualquier situación a la cual incurra será investigado y asumirá cualquier responsabilidad que sea necesaria

Experiência de mínimo 1 año en experiência en atención al huésped
Dominio del idioma inglés (hablado y escrito)
Manejo de paquetería office (sistema operativo de recepción)
