Esta función de Lider de Operaciones estará ubicada en Ciudad de Mexico, MX. Y será responsable de supervisar la calidad e integridad del proceso desde la entrada de la orden hasta la entrega del equipo a los clientes finales, pasando por procesos claves como coordinación logística, aduanera, informacion de sitio y facturación.

**Lo que harás**:
Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades estan las siguientes, que son enunciativas más no limitativas:

- Planificar junto con su equipo directo todo el proceso de cumplimiento de un contrato con el cliente, desde el ingreso del pedido hasta la cobranza.
- Liderar la comunicación con las areas involucradas durante todo el proceso de generacion de demanda y entrega a los clientes. (Director de Operaciones, gerentes de OTR, especialistas/ coordinador en instalaciones, ingenieros de campo, logística, coordinador de aplicaciones, finanzas, gerentes de proyecto y otras partes relacionadas según sea necesario).
- Supervisar y gestionar cambios a nível sistema según sea necesario para cada proyecto asignado a su segmento
- Gerenciar y asegurar la actualizacion de todos los sistemas y estimados de venta del segmento asignado
- Dar instrucciones de envío y facturación de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones de los contratos.
- Proveer a la direccion la visibilidad oportuna del estatus de las ordenes asignadas a través de reportes semanales y mecanismos operativos locales.
- Gestionar en los sistemas de seguimiento la solicitud de inventario, así como reportar estimados de entrega de las ordenes, registrar entregas, envíos y níveles de stock.
- Evaluar y reportar los níveles de inventario y sub-inventarios para mejorar los procedimientos de control.

**Lo que necesitas tener**:

- Licenciatura en Administracion de Empresas, Negocios internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Logistica o relacionados.
- Título indispensable.
- Nível de inglés avanzado
- Contar con experiência comprobable entre 5 a 8 años.
- Capacidad y disposición de atender y priorizar múltiples tareas.
- Seguimiento proactivo de los problemas.
- Habilidades contables básicas, así como en Excel y reportes.
- Experiência actual o previa en una función de gestión de proyectos, relaciones con clientes o gestión de órdenes.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de data analysis.
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios extendidos y fines de semana durante los periodos de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual.
