Estamos construyendo un ecosistema financiero integral para desarrolladores inmobiliarios y administradores de propiedades, con nuestra plataforma que simplifica las transacciones financieras, mejora los procesos de gestión de propiedades y fomenta la participación comunitaria. Nuestra misión es empoderar a los profesionales inmobiliarios con tecnología de vanguardia y un soporte de primer nível. Después de haber levantado una ronda de capital por $5M de dólares de Softbank y otros fondos de inversión reconocidos, estamos experimentando un rápido crecimiento y buscamos a un **Sales Development Representative **con muchas ganas de crecer y hacer una diferencia en la industria.
- **Responsabilidades**:_
- **Prospección**:Identificar y comprometerse con clientes potenciales a través de llamadas en frío, campañas por correo electrónico y venta social. Centrarse en crear interés y construir relaciones iniciales.
- **Calificación de leads**: Calificar leads basado en su potencial y nível de interés, asegurando un pipeline saludable para el equipo de ventas.
- **Demo de plataforma**: Realizar presentaciones iniciales y demos de nuestra plataforma a clientes potenciales, destacando las características y beneficios clave relevantes para su negocio.
- **Colaboración**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una transición sin problemas de leads calificados al proceso de ventas.
- **Retroalimentación del Mercado**: Recopilar insights de las interacciones con prospectos para informar estrategias de marketing y desarrollo de productos.
- **Lo que buscamos**:_
- **Experiência**: 3 años en un rol de ventas, idealmente dentro de una compañía enfocada en SaaS o producto similar. Experiência con ventas outbound y generación de leads.
- **Habilidades**:Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Dominio en el uso de software CRM de ventas y herramientas de apoyo.
- **Atributos**: Orientado a objetivos con un fuerte deseo de éxito. Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de rápido movimiento y adaptarse al cambio. Apasionado por la tecnología y el sector inmobiliario.
- **Educación**:Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comercio, Ventas o campo relacionado.
- **Otros (opcional)**: Manejo del idioma inglés a nível profesional. Conocimiento y experiência previa usando Hubspot.
