This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

**What You'll Do**:

- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Performs periodic audits of internal client files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the internal HR team.
- Assists with new client onboarding and orientation, and offboarding.
- Manages general company calendar and assists HR consultants with calendar management.
- Assists with research topics for monthly HR newsletter and social media posts.
- Assists with deploying and providing access to online training tools to clients and their employees.
- Assists with client billing.
- Maintains and manages currency of Company and client forms and templates.
- Participates in professional development sessions or seminars. ç
- Works on special projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**What You Need**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
- At least 2 years administrative assistant experience.
- 1 year experience working in HR required.
- ** Experience with Canva required (similar design software is a plus).**:

- Experience working with CRM and productivity software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines at least 90% of the time.
- Need to know the basics of what happens in HR support.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and pivot as needed.
- Starting PT - 20 hours/week. 4 hours/day.
