Marketing Specialist

Responsible for the implementation of integrated marketing plans, projects, campaigns, and resource development aimed to educate and engage with Be The Match Mexico’s supporter community, including registry members, donors, donor parents, volunteers, financial contributors, corporate partners, and the general public. Works on regional initiatives and adapts marketing efforts to the country’s regional cultural differences. Supports internal communications needs. Manages projects through their development cycle and collaborates with internal cross-functional teams, as well as with our external marketing agency, to ensure projects meet defined objectives, are delivered on time, and yield effective results.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**1.** **Develops communication assets and resources**
- Works collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and internal clients to understand business objectives and implement multi-channel communications to meet goals.
- Provides input on project/communication strategy develops resources and executes communications, in collaboration with our partner agency.
- Works closely with the Design and Multimedia Specialist to develop new donor, parent, and volunteer stories, adapting CTAs to business goals. Supervises testimonial projects through completion, including video recording, editing, and publication.
- Works closely with in-region BTMM representatives to develop and adapt marketing efforts to regional cultural differences.
**2. Manages internal and external resources**
- Provides direction to project team members and external vendors, including production, design, mailing, social media, web, public relations, influencer marketing, digital ads, and others to implement tactics in a timely and effective manner.
- Reviews materials, ensuring thorough and timely revisions.
- Provides timely and effective project management and team communication
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with partner agencies, internal clients
**3. Measures effectiveness of efforts**
- Tracks and analyzes project metrics and progress to goal.
- Creates and manages project timelines and budget tracking
- Regularly reports, Provides meaningful updates to the broader project team and department. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Strong planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to implement projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must work efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to fully comprehend Be The Match Mexico’s mission, operations, and internal processes.
- Ability to work with internal and external partners, from our vertical support teams to local vendors, including our marketing agency.
- Demonstrates commitment to our cause and to creating a better Mexico.
- Is attentive to industry practices and carries out research to be up to date on the latest marketing campaigns and communications trends.
**Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience creating and implementing integrated marketing/communication plans and projects; engaging audiences to learn and take action.
- Project management experience, including planning and execution is required, as is marketing to B2C audiences, across multiple communications channels.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
**Other Requirements**
- Availability for overnight travel, international meetings, and flexibility to work outside of core business hours (evenings, weekends) is necessary.
