**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to create consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation.
- Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
- Support with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.
Additional specification required for testing.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Sciences or relevant technical experience.
- Experience in commercial area projects, marketing, sales pharmaceutical with multiple countries (preferable)
- Experience in gathering business requirements
- Experience in Salesforce (sales cloud, marketing cloud, health cloud or Veeva CRM) or Drupal Platforms
- Agile thinking and working in an agile product team in multi-national context and across countries. (preferable)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Documentation of project documentation such as project charter, business case, process diagrams, functional specifications, test cases, etc.
- English Proficient
