We are currently looking for**:Virtual Phone Assistant**

**This is an ON SITE Position.**

**This is a fully bilingual vacancy.**

**The job interview is only taken at the HRPV office.**

**Requirements**:

- **Highly advance English comprehension, speaking and writing**.
- **In Office Position. Live in Puerto Vallarta or near the area (Nayarit).**:

- High School Diploma or Bachelors.
- 6 months or more in similar positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexible and adaptable, working in an ever-changing environment.
- Legal Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

**Some of your activities**:

- Support the Attorney's administrative needs.
- **Make and answer calls from different clients**:

- Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for US Lawyers.
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
- Provide updates to customers.
- Appointment setting (Maintain and provide new leads)

**What we Offer**:

- Base Salary from 13,000.00 to 16,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)

- Monday to Friday. (We do not work as campaigns; you will have your 8-hour fixed shift)
