**What you will do**:
As an Order Entry, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, customer reviews, engineering changes and critical information into the company’s database on a timely basis.

**How you will do it**:

- Process new orders into ERP system, including accurate input data, order configuration and collect documentation from different sources.
- Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.
- Process customer reviews, engineering changes and support NPI needs.
- Provide digital orde r details and a ssist operations team as needed, maintaining updated documents.
- Generate basic daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Other related duties as requested by management.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or mix experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and Strong Attention to Detail.
- M ulti-tasking, prioritizing and strong time management skills.
- Good computer skills. Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

**Preferred**:

- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus )
- Solving Problem Oriented
- SAP experience as desired.
