**Engineering Test Manager**
Engineer I Test is responsible for conducting tests to validate the design and performance of prototypes and test fixtures. This position will participate in all phases of testing, from determining the exact procedure to troubleshooting errors and communicating recommendations for improvement to the rest of the product development team.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on manufacturing or engineering technician experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Test lab’s safety and standard requirements.
- Design, set up, and run experiments for prototypes and test fixtures.
- Identify performance and functional problems and suggest solutions.
- Document and analyze test results and write engineering reports.
- Participate in the process of entering, collecting, and reviewing safety and quality data.
- May assist with diagnosis and repair of units returned as a result of field failures.
- Work with the Quality department to ensure all the testing equipment are calibrated.
- Keep inventory of all the test group equipment and tools.
- Prepares technical reports, metrics, and charts.
- Follows quality documentation, company policies and procedures.
- May train and assist team members in duties and responsibilities.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Communicate with outside vendors to order parts.
**Salary**: $11,091.27 - $26,097.14 per month
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 01/09/2023
