**¿Cuáles son los requerimientos?**
- Licenciatura en Desarrollo Organizacional, Administración, Psicología o afín con título y cédula profesional.
- Nível de Inglés B2+
- 3+ años de experiência trabajando en el área de Recursos Humanos como generalista o HR Admin
- Experiência mínima de 2+ años trabajando en empresa global con giro financiero o de consultoría.
- Soft skills: tolerancia a la frustración, orientación a solución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, orientado a resultados, excelente comunicación interpersonal y servicio al cliente, trabajo en equipo, gestión de tiempo.
- Experiência laboral en procesos administrativos (gestión de contratos, altas y terminaciones, formatos corporativos, constancias laborales, archivo de empleados, beneficios)
- Experiência en desarrollar documentos corporativos (presentaciones, políticas procesos)
- Experiência en temas de visado (gestión de temas de expatriados)
- Experiência en desarrollo e impartición de capacitaciones
- Disponibilidad para viajar

**Deseable**
- Experiência en full-life cycle procesos de reclutamiento
- Conocimiento de algún ATS (Applicant tracking system) y Job Boards

**¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades?**
- Gestión de procesos de Visado (US, MX)
- Seguimiento administrativo a beneficios
- (SGMM, Plan de fitness & health, regalos de cumpleaños, entre otros), archivos de empleados, formatos corporativos, constancias laborales, gestión de recibos de nómina, contratos.
- Soporte con actividades de Onboarding y Offboarding, asistir a firmas de documentación, crear y entregar Kits de bienvenida.
- Asistencia a consultas y requerimientos de cliente interno (US, LATAM)
- Gestión y asistencia en eventos (internos, ferias universitarias, branding)
- Actualización de bases de datos, reportes y documentos corporativos
- Desarrollo e impartición de capacitaciones
- Back up en temas de TA
- Gestión de inventarios para asignación de activos

**Zona de trabajo**:
Ciudad de México - remoto, con completa disponibilidad para asistencia física en procesos puntuales ya sea en MX o USA.
