**I. **Why do we have this role in the organization and why do we need you**:
The Talent Administrator role will provide an efficient and effective administrative process supporting all of the Talent Acquisition Partners across AMS Region. To support, as required, the end to end recruitment process and develop new and innovative tracking processes.

**II. **What you will be expected to do to reach success & optimal performance**:

- **Take ownership of the employee onboarding process**:Manage and track all new hire documentation and proper pre-employment authorizations; provide support to internal partners (IT, HRIS, hiring managers)
- Any other projects/duties commensurate with the post as directed by Talent Acquisition Director or Talent Acquisition team

**III. **What will make you successful now**:

- Must have proven track record working within a recruitment/sourcing/administrative role in an agency or corporate environment
- Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills
- Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
- Can take initiative and use sound judgement to achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple systems such as: ATS/CRM
- Language skills: Fluent English
