Purpose of Role

Delivery of a successful execution of Baileys Mexico business strategy, Profit and Loss statement, AOP, licensing program & share of market, including long term brand strength scores

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
- Delivery of successful brand strategy (based on brand health and profitability).- Reporting/tracking of brand important metrics (sales, consumption, awareness).- Responsible for on trade / off trade execution, including e-commerce.- Agencies management in order to develop true partnership.- Influence key collaborators to improve business opportunities and alliances.- Management of licensing program for Baileys

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Essentials:
- Proficient numerical skills- Bachelor degree- Strong critical thinking capabilities- Strong leadership capabilities- Strong digital capabilities- Proactive- Strong Collaboration Skills

Desirable:
- Proficient English (90%)- Previous marketing experience
