**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for footwear and accessories development working at source with Mexico based manufacturers and very closely with global manufacturers across other regions of Central and South America.
- Support the hand-off of design briefs & proto revisions to all factories, ensuring accurate and correct samples throughout the product cycle.
- Build and maintain correct product specification sheets with all product details.
- Manage development communication with suppliers,manufacturers and the US team focusing on meeting deadlines and monitoring factory progress to achieve key milestones.
- Quality control all local development samples prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support engineering and product costing following and enforcing established protocols for testing, reporting and costing.
- Organize and oversee product fit and wear testing process and data compilation.
- Work with the internal cross functional teams on sample needs and deadlines.
- Build product details documents for use by internal teams.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of relevant footwear experience (preferred experience working in product development)
- Previous coordination and logistics experience
- Project management experience
- Proficient working in Google Suite and MS Suite
- Understanding of footwear construction, materials, lasts, and outsoles
- Experience with suppliers in Leon, Mexico a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written Portuguese a plus.

**Compensation**: Based on previous experience and expertise.
