Global Channel Development Associate

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Channel Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture opportunity registrations from various sources, including PowerAdvantage portal, manual internal/external requests, BIDMAN, and PQ Quote tool.
- Conduct thorough opportunity reviews, utilizing Customer 360 (C360) and provide timely and accurate responses to relevant parties.
- Manage conflict resolution and mitigation by collaborating with key stakeholders and sales leadership.
- Analyze pricing quotation requests and assign standard discounts based on a complex deal discount matrix.
- Generate rebate pricing files for eligible distributors and assign negotiation numbers for non-rebate eligible channels.
- Communicate with NAS Sales and PQ Business Units regarding large-scale opportunity registrations.
- Develop and maintain tools to continuously improve processes and drive improved SLA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer services, or data analysis.
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Channel Sales or Channel Distribution experience.
Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Drive for results and ability to meet/exceed position targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
