ServiceNow Developer Function

Principales deberes y responsabilidades:
Proporcione soporte administrativo de ServiceNow, como solución de problemas, implementación de correcciones de errores y análisis de causa raíz

Cree una base de conocimientos de Service Now que responda a todas las preguntas de"cómo hacerlo".

Liderar el diseño, la prueba y la implementación de soluciones técnicas, como scripts declientes, reglas comerciales, páginas/acciones/políticas de interfaz de usuario, trabajosprogramados, conjuntos de importación, mapas de transformación, ACL y notificaciones.

Obtenga y analice/interprete los requisitos comerciales para proponer soluciones sostenibles en ServiceNow

Desarrollar componentes de integración personalizados

Desarrolle aplicaciones existentes y personalizadas dentro de ServiceNow, incluidas las integraciones con otras aplicaciones

Cree y use conjuntos de actualizaciones para mover los cambios de configuración entre las instancias de ServiceNow

Planifique, ejecute, monitoree, controle y cierre con éxito todas las tareas técnicas relacionadas con la configuración y la implementación.

Documentar, mantener y actualizar políticas, procedimientos y controles para el funcionamiento de la plataforma ServiceNow

Comprometerse con la mejora continua y el aprendizaje del desarrollo y las mejores prácticas, herramientas y tecnología de ServiceNow.

Mantenga actualizadas las habilidades de ServiceNow de manera proactiva

Desarrolle, mantenga y ejecute informes para garantizar que la operación del sistema cumpla con los objetivos de rendimiento

Participar y contribuir de manera efectiva a los proyectos.

Capacidad para sugerir mejoras de Service Now para garantizar un uso óptimo para las necesidades comerciales con una mejora continua.

Apoyo en la asignación, reasignación de licencias y roles.

Configure módulos contra documentos FRS a pedido.

Mantener toda la documentación técnica de ServiceNow relevante.
