**Objetivo principal del puesto**:

- Asegurar la calidad en la atención de clientes internos considerando las necesidades de la organización para la adquisición, retención y desarrollo de personal administrativo y operativo para Planning y Fullfilment.

**Principales Actividades, Responsabilidades y Autoridades**:

- Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
- Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Baxter y código de conducta.
- Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos, asegurando la inducción y capacitación de empleados.
- Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter en el país.
- Promover el liderazgo e iniciativas conjuntas
- Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las capacitaciones proporcionadas al personal.
- Coordinar y supervisar el proceso de reclutar y seleccionar al personal operativo y administrativo, con las competencias, perfil y habilidades de acuerdo a las descripciones de puesto y necesidades de la organización.
- Atender los requerimientos del cliente interno y externo, relacionados con cualquier proceso de Recursos Humanos.
- Supervisar y dar soporte a eventos que estén enfocados para mejorar el clima organizacional o que tengan beneficios al personal.
- Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y desarrollo de iniciativas con enfoque a mejora continua del área.
- Administración de presupuesto.
- Atender procesos de Change Management.
- Administración de compensaciones del personal.
- Desarrollo e implementación de planes de carrera del personal.
- Detectar y ejecutar oportunidades de mejora que permitan fortalecer los procesos.
- Dar soporte a los proyectos direccionados a reducción de costos y mejora del proceso.
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Regulación Sanitaria Local (COFEPRIS), de países a donde se exporta el producto, estándares internacionales ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, OSHAS en la versión vigente y requisitos corporativos. Así como también dar cumplimiento al proceso de la administración del riesgo cuando aplique
- Realizar todas sus actividades apegándose a los lineamientos de EHS, cumplir con los requisitos de entrenamiento, así como participar en programas internos que contribuyan a la detección de condiciones inseguras y oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a seguridad.
- Cumplimiento a las BPD y a los PNOs aplicables.
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de los requisitos o lineamientos de la Sociedad de Comercio Aduanero en contra del Terrorismo.

Escolaridad:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Derecho Laboral, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

**Experiência**:

- 1 a 3 años en Administración de personal.
- 1 a 3 años en Relaciones Laborales.
- 1 año mínimo en Reclutamiento y Selección de personal.
- 1 año mínimo en gestión de procesos de capacitación.

**Conocimientos**:

- Conocimiento de la Regulación Sanitaria Local (COFEPRIS) y estándares internacionales ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
- Análisis de tendencias.
- Ley Federal de Trabajo.
- Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Técnicas de comunicación.
- Procesos generales de RH.
- BPF Y BPD
