Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a_ _Program Administrator _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the_ _Program Manager,_ _Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments._
- _ Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others._
- _ Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities._
- _ Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills._
- _ Lead and drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery._
- _ Must assist in metric development and tracking for the program manager._
- _ Excellent analytical skills, and strong understanding of data analysis to help to take critical decisions._
- _ Excellent knowledge on program management concepts: new product introduction / new product development / different stages of product life cycle._
- _ Good understanding /knowhow on the financial terms._
- _ Excellent knowledge on customer focus team role in managing the customer._
- _ Follow up on CFT activities, schedules, meetings and deliverables._
- _ Excellent knowledge on: MS Excel, Power Point etc._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Fluent English oral and written._
- _ Advanced Excel._
- _ Analytic: able to propose solutions and solve problems._
- _ Negotiation skills: being able to hear and listen others needs to reach agreements._
- _ Discipline: constant in deliverables with customer and CFT._
- _ Finance: understand percentages, proportions, profit and losses._
- _ Knowledge in how a production line works._
- _ Customer service: always focused on customer requirements._
