**SUMMARY**

International Student Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time International Customer Service Representative. This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development. We are big enough to offer a competitive pay that will grow every year But we are small enough to care about each team member’s professional development, and to craft a career path tailored to each person’s skills and desires.

We are hybrid

Everyone wants flexibility to work from home sometimes - but two days in the office per week sets you up for faster growth and deeper mentorship and more quickly prepares you for future roles.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:

- Obtain a A1, insurance license within 90 days of being hired (don’t worry, we walk you through it and prepare you well)
- Communicating with international and study abroad students and the advisors at their schools
- Day-to-day support of our insurance operations
- A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Additional languages and any international experience are also helpful
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly
