Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to provide exceptional customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Receive client calls.
  • Respond to incoming customer service calls.
  • Deliver professional and efficient service.
  • Complete required training and quality assessments successfully.
  • Recommend products and additional services with a sales focus.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Handle inbound calls according to client and management standards. Consistently achieve call quality objectives to meet client and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Display traits like open-mindedness, trustworthiness, compliance, flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
