Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to provide exceptional customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Receive client calls.
- Respond to incoming customer service calls.
- Deliver professional and efficient service.
- Complete required training and quality assessments successfully.
- Recommend products and additional services with a sales focus.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Handle inbound calls according to client and management standards. Consistently achieve call quality objectives to meet client and customer satisfaction targets.
- Display traits like open-mindedness, trustworthiness, compliance, flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
