**Job Description Summary**: HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities including payroll and Employee & Union Relations. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. The role is key to execute people initiatives, customer support, functional excellence, and process improvement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
- Broadening knowledge of practices and procedures in HR discipline.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity/accuracy.
- Daily Maintenance of HRIS ; new employees onboarding, benefit enrollment, updating employee information.
- Assist talent acquisition team as necessary
- Liaison with Payroll team
- Employee engagement programs design & execution
- Support Organization & Talent Development Initiatives
- Employee & Union Relations support
- Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- A job at this level requires solid interpersonal skills.

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires 3 to 5 years experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs/initiatives.
