Empresa de asesoría notarial y gestiones de inmuebles busca tu talento como Project Manager.
Lugar de Trabajo: Av. Miguel Hidalgo 519-Interior 2, Barrio de Sta Maria Xixitla, 72760 Cholula, Pue.
Horario: 10:00 am a 6:00 pm (Lunes a Viernes) y 10:00 am a 2:00 pm (Un Sabado al mes)
Funciones:
- Elaborar expedientes
- Liderar proyectos con clientes internos y externos
- Dar la atencion correcta a clientes y hacer la programación de firmas
- Realizar protocolizaciones
- Delegar informacion correcta a los gestores para el registro en dependencias de gobierno
- Revisar escrituras de inmuebles
- Organizar actividades con recepción, proyectos, gestión y cierre
- Controlar la entrada y salida de los empleados
- Recabar firmas de nomina semanal y quincenal
- Controlar presupuetos y recibos de pago
**Perfil**:
- Experiência en mismo puesto o similares de 2 años
- Lic. Derecho (terminada o trunca)
- Conocimientos notariales
- Tener una buena imagen y presentación
- Excelente organización
- Gestión de equipos de trabajo
- Honestidad y compromiso
- Alto grado de análisis
Ofrecemos:
- $10,000 a $12,000 netos mensuales (dependiendo experiência)
- Bono de productividad

- Prestaciones de ley a partir del 4to mes
- Posibilidad de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional
