Site Merchandising Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product catalogs and content on our e-commerce site
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze site traffic and optimize product placement and navigation
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive online experience
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual merchandising strategies and asset creation
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to site merchandising and user experience
- Continuously improve site merchandising strategies based on industry best practices and user feedback

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
