Qué harás:
- Cuidar la gestión de servicios para Wholesale Power Platform, trabajar con otros compañeros de equipo de gestión de servicios en China, India y México bajo el modelo follow-the-sun.
- Informar de interrupciones críticas a la gerencia y socios comerciales hasta su resolución exitosa y tratar de manera efectiva problemas que son complejos, confidenciales y sensibles por naturaleza.
- Trabajar con diferentes equipos de Pods para lanzamientos de producción, manejar incidentes/problemas en el entorno de Prod y consultas de usuarios de diferentes mercados.
- Cooperar con el equipo de gestión de servicios/equipo de soporte global existente para respaldar todas las aplicaciones en la plataforma Power.
- Trabajar con el proveedor para garantizar que se dé un buen seguimiento a los problemas del sistema.
- Colaborar con la gerencia para mejorar y personalizar los informes relacionados con el soporte y la estabilidad de la producción.
- Dispuesto a ser el primero en probar nuevas tecnologías y poder producir rápidamente pruebas de concepto.
