Sr Ops Training Coordinator

**Summarized Purpose: I**
Provides administrative support for training and development programs. Includes, but not limited to, scheduling training sessions, maintaining program content and repositories, and coordinating various elements of content, updates, and program support. Will embed and make recommendations to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Essential Functions and Other Job Information: Essential Functions**
- Coordinates the development and implementation of projects and procedures for a departmental team or workstream using designated tools and/or systems.
- Liaises with staff and management to ensure department administrative needs are met.
- Serves as facilitator or coordinator for training and learning programs.
- Queries, compiles, tracks, and maintains program metrics and other data to support department programs and processes.
- Leads logístical coordination and support of local and global meetings and conferences.
- Coordinates preparation and/or delivery of training materials and other department or workstream deliverables.
- Recommends and implements procedural changes that improve efficiencies and/or flags potential issues and proactively escalates them as appropriate.
- Supports other department or workstream tasks as needed per business needs.

Works on difficult or complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, independence, and proactivity to resolve issues. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions and / or new procedures.

**Supervision Received**
May act independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments. May be a facilitator and / or team leader (formal or informal).
