Join the K Family in Queretaro. As Ingredient Management Head you will ensure the materials supplier's compliance with Kellogg quality and Food Safety standards. Manage quality and food safety ingredient issues with suppliers for assigned categories of materials.

Develop of practices at our suppliers in terms of risk management, materials testing, and regulatory updates where applicable. Drive improvement programs on quality and food safety with our suppliers in conjunction with our procurement category managers. Manage our audit assurance programs for Kellogg plants, Co-manufacturers and suppliers.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Compliance of specifications and food Safety - **Responsible of the supplier and materials approval process by reviewing the food safety and quality attributes of new materials/supplier sites. Lead the technical interactions with our supply base on regulatory, food fraud, threat assessment, lethality, microbiological risk, chemical aspects (pesticides, heavy metals etc.) and physical risks.
- ** Updates Information - **Maintains accurate and up to date material and supplier information, as well as global requirements from the global supplier program
- ** Food Fraud Program - **Maintains and improves Food Fraud program in Mexico. Lead the threat assessment and horizon scanning work for Kellogg Europe for emerging threats and align Global control programs
- ** YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 Years’ experience in Quality Assurance programs
- Fluent English
- Problem solving, communication and iniciative
