**We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Fullstack Engineer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Guide and oversee a team of 3+ developers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the growth of the team.**
- **Develop and deliver to production small non breaking iterative changes that provide business value**
- **Help consult on business requirements with specific input around technology capability and limitations**
- **Help maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments**
- **Work closely with the business in London, New York and other centers on a day to day basis and co-ordinatewith teams to ensure that the business and project needs are met.**
Requirements

**Mandatory Skills / Experience**:

- **Repo or Securities Financing experience preferred**
- **Proficient in Java microservices development**
- **Familiarity with JavaScript/React for UI development**
- **Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms**
- **Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps tooling such as JIRA, Maven/Gradle**
