**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Jira Admin certification**:

- **Project Management experience**:

- **Scripting/Coding experience, particularly with Scriptrunner**:

- 3+ year(s) experience as Jira Administrator, preferably across Data Center.
- Strong understanding of Jira configuration and customization, including but not limited to user management, app management, security, workflows, automation, and schemes.
- Experience in developing custom reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
- English fluency required

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator in Data Center and Server
- Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s)
- Experience building SOP documentation
- Experience managing conflicting priorities and owning decisions while building relationships.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per month
