- Purpose: Supervises and coordinates personnel involved in more that one production areas according to Safety Quality Delivery Cost Cash Employee (SQDCCE) Indicators.Comply with the Production Plan in accordance with the Value Stream Manager and business strategies.As needed, bring support to develop and improves manufacturing processes.Resposibilities:Actively work for continuous improvement together with all the team. Develop and participate in 8SPS methodology to solve problems.Assure the On Time Delivery standards according to customers requirementsTake full responsibility for everything concerning the Production, report and follow up Maintenance issues of the value stream. Escalate to upper management as needed.Keep production work order retain documents according to established quality procedures.A Analyzes production schedule and assign man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.Keep records of late or absent employees and other problems and determine the corresponding actions according to human resources policies.Update employees information for payroll in Tress SystemKeep the team updated on information related to production plans progress and standards compliance (Target Management through Visual Factory System/ 5S’s )Participate in the transfer of new products & NPI’s as requested by business unit plansPerform Gemba walks in order to assess safety, housekeeping and operational efficiency opportunities.
