**Main Responsibilities**:
**Security**:

- Follow-up on safety guidelines, risk identification and Near Miss surveys.
- Ensure your equipment has the appropriate certifications before performing work
- Authorize and validate work permits
- Safe Conduct Walkthroughs and Closing of Safety Findings

**Quality**
- Coordinate and carry out instrument maintenance and verification activities following good manufacturing practices and quality procedures.
- Keep your work area clean and tidy.
- Notify, report and address anomalies in detected equipment.

**Productivity**:

- Develop annual preventive and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement program.
- Coordinate, request and control spare parts and/or services for equipment maintenance.
- Supervise preventive and predictive corrective maintenance.
- Supervise the specific activities of your technicians.
- Manages and controls area maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with production leaders in the execution of maintenance and improvements.
- Select coordination teams with project leaders.
- Supervise equipment operation.

**Education and Qualities**:

- Mechanical Engineer or related.
- 2 years in Continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in Pneumatics, Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, Instrumentation.
- Intermediate/advanced English
- Personnel administration.
- Maintenance administration.
- Quality Systems.
- Visual factory.
- Autonomous maintenance.
