**Descripción del empleo**:

- Leads and supports VAVE workshops and other activities to develop potential VAVE ideas
- Moderates and systematically tracks the implementation and achievement of VAVE targets
- Coordinates regular VAVE reporting
- Conducts feasibility studies
- Prepares cost estimates for assessment
- Assesses technical and commercial feasibility
- Documents VAVE initiatives
- Initiates and moderates validation for feasibility in test setups at customer development and production sites
- Coordinates drawing implementation with the development team
- Acts as contact person internally and externally (e.g. for customers and suppliers)

**Cualificaciones y Experiência**:

- Bachelor´s Degree on Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Engineering Design Tools
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate and analyze complex situations, reliability, willingness to learn
- Fluent language skills in English
