Service Desk

The Service Desk agent provides support services L1 and sometimes L2 and ensures high customer satisfaction. The Service Desk agent investigates the reason behind the issues, troubleshoots the technical problems, and resolves the relevant issues. Also, the Service Desk agent analyzes the problems and records the issues addressed and the relevant resolutions provided for it. Service Desk agent interacts with the clients, listen to their queries patiently, and then provide them with the relevant information to ensure that the customer remains content.
**Requirements**:
- IT Bachelor’s degree from a college or university (preferred).
- Two years of experience as an IT Service Desk.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Office365 Portal.
- ITIL, TCP/IP protocols knowledge is a plus.
- Verbal and written English skills.
