**Job details**
- Nonaggressive sales - Not seasonal - No sales campaigns
- Full-time
- Work in the office position
- Monday to Friday 40 hours (about 1 and a half days) per week
- Salary offers:  12K - 14k + bonuses per firm (+ Referral Bonuses)
- Paid Training (full)
- Indefinite-term contract after the 3 trial months.
- 90% of English skills: Grammar, Writing, Spoken. Most be fluent
- Under 35

**Qualifications**

Experience: 6 months or less in similar positions

Language**:Fully Bilingual**, - Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required

Location: live in **Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias & Bahia de Banderas (BadeBa)**

Preferred Job Experience - No mandatory: airport, call center, cruise, telemarketing, customer service, or sales in tourism, (Hotels - Restaurants - Travel Agencies), English teachers, etc.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent English (**95%**)
- Must have prior customer service experience
- Comfortable with making and receiving calls to potential and current customers.
- Basic Computer Skills are necessary - Proficiency in MS Office
- Welcoming and friendly personality
- Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers
- Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews
- **Sales Skills (scheduling appointments)**:

- Administrative skills
- Team player
