**_In this role, the Accounts Payable Analyst - Will be working on Month end activities
- support in Reconciliation, reporting, analysis, etc. & Tracking open items and assistance in resolving open._**

**_Responsibilities_**:

**_Invoice Processing_**

**_ _**

**_Invoice Processing with 100% accuracy and agreed-on timelines._**

**_ _**

**_Handle all kind of Critical Invoices in the process._**

**_ _**

**_Issue Investigation and follow-up for resolution._**

**_ _**

**_Identify and suggest Process improvement ideas._**

**_ _**

**_Maintaining Error Trackers and follow-up for resolution._**

**_ _**

**_Knowledge of SAP / other ERP’s and workflow tools_**

**_ _**

**_Ad-hoc activities assigned by the team supervisor._**

**_Disbursement Processing_**

**_Generate payment files from ERP._**

**_ _**

**_Process of payment in the Electronic Banking portal._**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_University graduate in any discipline_**

**_Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration_**

**_Relevant work experience in AP _**

**_Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English_**

**_Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP / ERP’s / Workflow_**

**_Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities_**
