Empresa líder en su ramo, con presencia nacional e internacional busca**:Customer service trilingüe español-inglés-francés**, buscamos talento con mucha actitud para el área de **Servicio al Cliente Post venta**

Es un puesto que es el **punto de contacto a clientes de Estados Unidos y Canadá (radicando en México),** por lo que es indispensable:

- Licenciatura terminada (título y cédula profesional)
- Radicar en Ciudad de México, Estado de México, Monterrey, Guadalajara o Ciudad Juárez.
Al menos **dos años de experiência en el rol de servicio al cliente o telemercadeo**:

- Habilidades orales, escritas y de lectura en **inglés avanzado - INDISPENSABLE**:

- Habilidades orales, escritas y de lectura en **francés avanzado - INDISPENSABLE**:

- Habilidades numéricas y de gestión de información avanzadas
- Manejo de CRM / Salesforce

**Si eres extranjero deberás ya contar con tus permisos de trabajo, RFC, y papeles varios que requieras para trabajar en México, no dependiente de que la empresa te emita la oferta para tramitarlos.**

**Funciones principales**:

- Process Standard orders, Contract orders, Warranty Orders, SafeSupply Orders and Quotes. As well as making adjustments and providing information to our customers regarding pricing, ship dates and status of orders in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain Best in Class customer relationship
- Process credits as requested.
- Track and expedite orders.
- Document and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction through resolution.
- Maintain accuracy of customer contact details in both Oracle and Salesforce.
- Proactively providing customers updates on order status.
- Verbal and written communication with customers is accurate, professional, and informative.

**Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes, **calendario Americano (ejemplo trabajas 16 de septiembre, no trabajas 4 de julio)

En cuanto a la compensación:

- Sueldo base 20,000 mil pesos antes de impuestos
- Hasta un 20% de compensación variable, dependiendo de los resultados
- Aguinaldo 30 días
- Seguro médico
- Seguro de vida
- Fondo de ahorro 5%
- Vales de despensa 1,100 pesos

La contratación es por tres meses (prueba) y si ambas partes están contentas con el resultado, podría volverse un contrato indeterminado.
