- Currently, **Teltonika Mexico **is looking for an ambitious **Business Development Manager to join our** **Mexico City office**. In this position, you will belong to** Electrical Vehicle (EV) Sales team**, and focus on selling products, market research and opportunities in the Electrical Vehicle (EV) area.- If you are **well-organized** and are **motivated** in prospecting and developing long-term relationships with **B2B clients**, see yourself in a start-up environment (that has strong support from HQ) which requires **proactiveness**, then we are on the same way**Why you should join us**:

- As **Business Development Manager**, you will be responsible for managing a full sales cycle in Mexican market.**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Contribute to market research, generate leads and build rewarding relationships with potential clients
- Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions
- Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.

**WE BELIEVE THAT YOU**:

- Have 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in Mexican market
- Have experience in delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment
- Are result-oriented and challenge driven
- Are highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in Mexican market with an innovative product from Lithuania
- Are willing to travel.
- Good English language skills (written and oral).

**IDEALLY, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE**:

- Previous work experience and knowledge in the EV/solar charging sector
- Previous Experience in EV charging market or related industry (solar, inverter systems, heathpumps, HVAC systems), would be a plus.
