- Two years’ experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimun 6 months in collections
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must

Job description:

- Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
- Receiving inbound calls on delinquent accounts
- Handling redemptions
- Handling repossessed accounts and out for repossession reviews
- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due

We offer:

- 18,200 gross monthly
- Performance bonus

- Site schedule, monday to saturday, Sunday and one weekday off.
