The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
- Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
- Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
- Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63,

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Descripción del puesto**:
Ejecutar de manera experta la validación y determinación de los cálculos fiscales dentro de la operación del área de Constancias Fiscales del Banco y Casa de Bolsa para la Unidad de Constancias Fiscales (UCF). Mantener el control de validación para el correcto cálculo de; ganancias y pérdidas por enajenación, resultado distribuido, dividendos, reembolsos de capital, interés nominal, interés real, amortización de bonos, ganancias por fluctuación cambiaria, ajustes por inflación y los cálculos de ISR para todos los instrumentos de inversión de los mercados de Dinero, Capitales, Fondos de Inversión y FXs. Revisión, capacitación y atención de dudas de las actividades realizadas por parte de los diferentes integrantes del equipo. Experto en el conocimiento de la operación y cálculo fiscal de los productos de inversión destacado en impulsar los procesos para la mejora de sus controles.

Conocimiento en el backoffice de una institución financiera con manejo de instrumentos financieros y bursátiles para los vehículos legales banco y casa de bolsa con respecto a la determinación de los cálculos fiscales y normas tributarias correspondientes a la regulación local para instrumentos de renta fija, mercado de dinero, mercado de capitales, fondos de inversión y FXs tales como: cálculo de interés nominal, interés real, cortes de cupones, pago de dividendos, aplicación de Split y eventos corporativos, determinación de ganancias y pérdidas por enajenación de acciones. Experiência en la retención de ISR de los diferentes tipos de inversión en renta fija, mercado de dinero, mercado de capitales, fondos de inversión y FXs. Elaboración de informes regulatorios internacionales como IRS (Internal Revenue Service) para los formatos F-1099-INTERESES, F-1099-ENAJEACIONES DE ACCIONES, F- 1099-DIVIDENDOS, así como FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) y CRS (Common Reporting Standard). Habilidades técnicas: Debe estar enfocado a resultados con un comportamiento proactivo.
