Currently we are looking for our next:
**Treasury Assoc Manager**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

PepsiCo’s Treasury team is responsible for:

- Capital market activities, including funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management, and shareholder returns at the corporate level
- Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding, and liquidity management
- Managing and hedging PepsiCo’s financial risks (e.g., FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.)
- Pension investment and liability management
- PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs
- This position reports to Director, Treasury Operations and is responsible for managing a middle office team of three whose primary functions include confirmations, settlements, and valuations for all PepsiCo derivative transactions. The Associate Manager also assists the Treasury Director with various areas including but not limited to (see bullets below):
**What will you be doing?**
- Confirmation, settlements, and valuations for all PepsiCo derivative transactions (Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Interest Rate Swaps) as well as Investments, Debt and Equity
- Ensure performance of daily Chatham Mark to Market, collateral management, and Accounting Pre-close Activities
- Perform periodic and quarterly processes for derivatives, including reconciliations and FX rates reviews and updates
- SOX and Operational testing and compliance
- Support U.S. Treasury Operations team in other areas, projects, and drive process efficiencies

**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting & 5 years work experience
- Familiarity with and appreciation for the requirements of a trading environment (timeliness, accuracy, control requirements and strict adherence to policy and procedures)
- Proficient skills in Excel including pivot tables
- Understanding of hedging instruments including futures and forwards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
