**Basic Purpose**:
At Nexeo, we’re proud to offer services that meet the needs of our customers and suppliers. To offer world-class service to our suppliers and diverse customer base we are searching for a Product Specialist to support our HiVal® Polyethylene product line.

**Description of Primary Responsibilities**
- Support the maintenance of list prices and approval of price exceptions with the sales organization.
- Managing LIST prices, OFF List prices, Manual Prices.
- Reviewing and confirming approval for credits and debits.
- Track targeted pipeline results for product segment development and growth.
- Complete detailed product cost analysis for special contract pricing, support optimization of the buy strategy and supply plans.
- Work with Account Managers utilizing CRM, SAP and Business Intelligence to analyze opportunities, assist the Sales organization’s understanding of marketing plans to identify customer needs for existing and new product offerings, reporting of the competitive landscape in the assigned markets and understanding of market trends.
- Propose changes to product line managers on buy strategy, price supports, or sell prices to maximize margins.
- Support in the portfolio planning of a specific supplier strategy, ensuring differentiated and profitable products are delivered.
- Collaborate with management and network planning to formulate a product offering and inventory strategy to support target end use market growth plans.
- Increase value differentiation with customers through analysis and development of new product initiatives.
- Continue to grow relationships and networks by attending industry events such as tradeshows and conferences.
- Utilize technology and internal resources to align business processes, create efficiencies, and execute on supplier and Nexeo growth strategies.

**Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)**
- Technical or Business bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of plastics or distribution experience in sourcing, sales, marketing, and/or technical service a plus.
- Familiar with product management concepts, practices, and procedures to make sound judgement in meeting targeted Nexeo goals a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems, and Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships internal and external through the influence of others.
- Thorough in creating and communicating plans, concepts, and issues to peers, leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of the “sales mindset” a plus.
- Strong presentation and planning skills.

- Gestión de precios de lista, Precios de fuera de lista, Precios manuales.
- Revisar y confirmar la aprobación de créditos y débitos.
- Realizar un seguimiento de los resultados del pipeline para el desarrollo y crecimiento del segmento de productos.
- Análisis completo y detallado del costo del producto para precios de contratos especiales, optimización de soporte de la estrategia de compra y planes de suministro.
- Trabajar con los Gerentes de Cuentas, utilizando CRM, SAP e inteligencia de negocio para analizar oportunidades, ayudar a la organización de ventas a comprender los planes de marketing para identificar las necesidades de los clientes para las ofertas de productos existentes y nuevos, informar sobre el panorama competitivo en los
