**Job Title** (Job Code): _Recruiter & Administrator HR_

**_PURPOSE OF THE JOB_**
- Reporting to Recruitmen Coodinator, will be responsible for identifying, searching and selecting talent for the organization in time and quality, you will act in accordance to the values, policies and norms set by Alstom._
- This role support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR processes and tools in administration and people development. He is responsible for monitoring and optimizing transactions and administrative tools_

**_MAIN RESPONSABILITIES_**

**_Responsibilities_**
- _Manage the entire selection process from the definition of the profile, until the moment of the offer proposal for specific selection processes (CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, scheduling interviews, etc.)._
- _Document research methods._
- _Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the publication of external jobs, following the employer's brand strategy._
- _Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity._
- _Accountabilities_
- _Develop the population in the defined scope_
- _Define and drive individual development for the targeted population at site level : perform interviews, advise for development plans, follow up (internal mobility, training, individual career path)_
- _Ensure induction plan for new comers_
- _Participate to Resourcing Forums in order to increase internal mobility (both professional and geographical) across sites and businesses: identify suitable people for existing or forecasted vacancies, builds up and manages the talent pipeline_
- _Support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR Processes and tools on people development _
- _Follow some industrial relations topics for the HRBP _
- _Implement and follow KPIs for the perimeter_

**_MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES_**

**_Educational Requirements_**

**_Mandatory:_**_ _
- _Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public/business administration or closely related field._

**_Desirable:_**
- _Certificate or diploma in business analysis_

**_Experience_**

**_Mandatory: _**
- _Solid experience working with Social Media (LinkedIn: LinkedIn Recruiter, infojobs) and HRIS._
- _Solid knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook_
- _Spanish and command of the English language, written and spoken._

**_Desirable:_**
- _Experience of working in matrix organization_
- _Multicultural work experience international and matrix organisations_
- _Experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations _
- _Experience in compensation and classification, recruitment, benefits administration, accounting, finance_
