Titulo del Puesto: Asistente de Recursos Humanos
- Asiste al Gerente de Recursos Humanos en el desarrollo de los indicadores para apoyar la toma de decisiones y en la ejecución de las políticas y procedimientos eficaces de recursos humanos.
- Brinda apoyo administrativo, recibe registra y deposita los documentos de los actuales y nuevos ingresos.
- Mantiene registros del personal electrónicos y físicos en sus respectivos archivos
- Realiza orientaciones e inducciones necesarias sobre la empresa y actualiza los registros del personal nuevo.
- Apoyar en actividades del proceso de Contratacion, tomaduria de tiempo y demas procesos administrativos del área RH
- Entrevistas de personal
- Planeación de actividades para los empleados
- Verificar ausentismo e incapacidades
- Y todas demás actividades que sean asignadas, como parte de la actividad central de la compañía.
