**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead all top-line commercial planning initiatives for the existing and upcoming portfolio within the hotel industry.
- Utilize expertise in revenue management, sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to drive profitability.
- Direct the implementation and enhancement of analysis and research platforms to optimize revenue streams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital distribution positioning and pricing strategy audits.
- Manage top-line database intelligence platforms and collaborate on business tech and intel platform elevation projects.
- Analyze market trends and demand shifts to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue generation goals.
- Leverage technology and big data to optimize revenue and performance through meticulous pricing methodologies.
- Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve strategic objectives.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry or travel sector, focusing on revenue management, sales, marketing, or other top-line commercial areas.

**Specific Knowledge / Qualifications / Skills**:

- Proficiency in PC skills, Microsoft Office, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership, analytical capacity, dynamism, technological knowledge, charisma, and curiosity are essential qualities for success in this role.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

**Languages**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
