GFG Servicios Administrativos specializes in providing administrative services for the subsidiaries of GFG Holdings, LLC in Mexico. Additionally, we offer advisory, consulting, and technical support to businesses across different industries.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Property Accountant to join our team. If you have a strong background in property and real estate accounting and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform full-cycle accounting tasks for multiple private equity funds, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for a portfolio of multifamily properties.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external property accountants, property management firms, and fund administrators to facilitate financial reporting and intercompany reconciliation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property operations.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of capital calls, distributions, and partner's capital statements.
- Review and oversee related schedules, such as property insurance and taxes, depreciation, etc.
- Act as a liaison to external auditors during audits.
- Submit wires, ACHs, and internal bank transfers.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry **is required**.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and intercompany accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
