El gerente de grupo de Infraestructura es un puesto de nível gerencial sénior responsable de gestionar y guiar a un equipo que garantice una infraestructura eficiente y efectiva de Citi junto con el equipo de Tecnología. El objetivo general de este puesto es usar el conocimiento de tecnología de infraestructura y políticas identificadas para procesar datos, resolver problemas y ejecutar tareas administrativas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar estrategias para cumplir objetivos de estrategia de negocio y demostrar un profundo conocimiento del modo en que la infraestructura tecnológica se integra dentro de la función de tecnología general para lograr objetivos.
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo y, al mismo tiempo, cumplir responsabilidades gerenciales como la evaluación y gestión de desempeño, selección de empleados, compensación, gestión de presupuestos y planificación de recursos.
- Resolver problemas que tengan un impacto más allá del área propia y aplicar un conocimiento profundo de conceptos y procedimientos dentro del área propia y conocimiento básico de otras áreas.
- Proporcionar servicios al usar información de las relaciones con partes interesadas y socios, y buscar información activamente para comprender problemas, expectativas y necesidades.
- Garantizar el apego a los procedimientos esenciales y contribuir a la definición de normas y recomendar esfuerzos de reingeniería para mejora continua.
- Emitir juicios de valor en función del análisis de información en situaciones complicadas, únicas y dinámicas; aprovechar el rango diverso de fuentes internas y externas.
- Persuadir e influir en otras personas a través de las habilidades de comunicación y diplomacia, y negociar con partes externas, según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares

**Calificaciones**:

- Más de 10 años de experiência en un puesto de infraestructura tecnológica con experiência en la gestión de personal y proyectos, y tecnologías de infraestructura seleccionadas.
- Preferentemente, experiência en servicios financieros o un ambiente global complejo y grande
- Demostrar constantemente habilidad para la comunicación verbal y escrita de forma clara y concisa, y habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos a una audiencia no técnica
- Habilidad comprobada para desarrollar proyectos necesarios para el diseño de parámetros, herramientas analíticas, actividades de referencia y la identificación de mejores prácticas
- Habilidades comprobadas analíticas, para hacer diagnósticos y realizar múltiples tareas; enfoque en la ejecución y atención a los detalles
- Habilidad comprobada para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar con equipos virtuales en un entorno matricial de mucha presión
- Habilidad comprobada para asumir la responsabilidad de distintas partes de un proyecto o iniciativa con plazos ajustados o cambios imprevistos en cuanto a expectativas o requisitos

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
- Preferencia de maestría.

Citibanamex Network Services Mexico Head oversees daily activities across Network function. Responsible for the overall performance and availability of network infrastructure.

CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure) Mexico manages all in-country technology infrastructure across Mexico and CTI Network Services has ~30 direct employees across 4 organization functions:

- Network Build
- Network Segmentation Lead
- Telecom Services
- Network Service Management

Network Services Mexico Head is responsible of the following services:

- Peripheral Network: handle Campus, Branch, ATM, related WAN network domains.
- Core Network: responsible for Data Center IP/Storage Fabric, Network Function Virtualization, B2B, Remote Access, Internet domains.
- Backbone Network: responsible for Data Center and CoLo Interconnect, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing domains.
- Low Latency Network: offer E-Trading, CoLo Hosting, NTP/PTP, Trading Latency Analytics and Innovation support.
- Network Segmentation: provide Security Segmentation of Network and Application environments.
