Team Overview:
Our IBG Human Resources team is compromised of different professionals across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Mobility, HRBP, Culture and Organizational Development. HR plays a significant role in developing positive business culture and improving employee engagement and productivity.

We are in need of an HR Business Partner who will Be a thought partner and trusted advisor for the Leadership Team, align business objectives with employees and management on a sub regional scale.

Role Responsibilities:

- Understand the business strategy and talent and organization strategy and align these strategies to the current and future needs of the business
- Craft and execute the appropriate strategies and ensure execution for key talent processes - talent assessments, organizational planning, leadership development and other key interventions
- Collaborate closely with the central function teams to ensure solutions that meet business problems
- Understanding how HR processes work at didi and what the strategy, approach and philosophy of HR is here.
- Educating business leads and communicating to employees

Role Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience with at least 2 or more years in a global and growing organization
- Tech experience of similar size and scale preferred
- Significant experience in all facets of human resources - performance management, leadership development, talent assessment, learning and development, organizational design and employee relations and compensations.
- A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence
- High EQ, cultural awareness and compassion
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Fluency in English is required - please send your CV in English
