**Job Description: Marketing B2B Coordinator**

**Role summary**:
The key role of the B2B Mexico Marketing Coordinator is to provide support in all processes and activities relating to the day-to-day execution of the B2B Mexico Marketing Plan for all SPT L.O.B.

The B2B Mexico Marketing Coordinator has an enthusiastic interest and ever-growing competence in marketing with a solid understanding of its importance in the sales efforts. Working within their Mexican HE, TVD and TV Networks sales team the coordinator is a critical player in keeping the team operating effectively whether they are in the office or out of the office, as well as, making sure client communication and marketing activities go smoothly.

The B2B Mexico Trade Marketing Coordinator provides support in all aspects of the HE, TVD and TVNetworks sales teams marketing efforts and activities relating to the day-to-day servicing and operation of the B2B Mexico Marketing Unit. Because of the coordinator’s active internal role, they will have a detailed awareness of the business’s opportunities, work status and need to convey those situations to appropriate members of the B2i team. A successful coordinator is involved in direct and indirect client communications and development of special opportunities and is called upon to ensure efforts run smoothly and opportunities are fully exploited in media propositions. In exploiting opportunities, the coordinator will need to build a solid aptitude and understanding of all L.O.B. capabilities and should be able to utilize the various research databases-Ibope and TGI-with appropriate industry accreditation.

The B2B Mexico Marketing Coordinator will work directly for the B2B Mexico Marketing Team and collaborate with B2P, B2B, B2i, Publicity and Creative marketing units in Mexico and across the Latin American Region. Will need to maintain accurate records and status reports so that all critical parties are keenly aware of the status of the ongoing projects.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordination of B2B marketing plans and activities for all L.O.B. in Mexico. Under the direction of the B2B Mexico Marketing Director, implements and manages marketing programs, status of marketing activities and events.
- Thorough Understanding of Product Priorities by L.O.B. The coordinator needs to be fully aware of what is happening with our SPT properties. And should make sure to communicate and collaborate with B2P, B2B, B2i, Publicity, Creative, HO and other Lat Am Regions for the adequate execution of the B2B marketing plan in Mexico
- Day-to-day Support for the B2B Mexico Marketing Team. The coordinator provides support in the development of decks, promotional materials, creative assets, budget tracking, vendor management, HO communication by continuously following up on the adequate execution of the B2B marketing plan.
- Understanding of SPT businesses and involvement in the overall sales process. The coordinator will provide required support throughout the sales process—pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing marketing support for all L.O.B.
- Client contact. Given their knowledge of key status the Coordinator is the “eyes and ears” of the B2B Marketing Team and will have an active role in relationships with all key constituencies—Theatrical, HE, TVD, Production and Networks business leads.

**Preferred Education**:

- BA or BS degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related area;
**Knowledge**:

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with high proficiency in Spanish both oral and written. Portuguese a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience;

- Strong numerical aptitude and business decision-making
- Some travel is required

An attention to detail so that all activities occur as planned. Strong interpersonal skills that support building an effective relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Understanding of Entertainment Industry: The B2B Mexico Marketing Coordinator should have a base knowledge of the industries theatrical, transactional, TVD Distribution, Ad sales and Affiliates businesses.
