Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, you as a Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for support current and future passenger vehicle business (PVB) targets, maintaining pricing records, quoting, preparing reports and assisting with sales related requests while interfacing with customers and colleagues for ongoing business support. All this working closely with the Americas sales team.
About the job:
- Track, prepare and submit all price quotes to assigned customers using Littelfuse quoting system and required customer portals.- Review purchase orders from customers for accuracy against quotations and follow up on necessary corrections.- Maintain price tables for assigned customers and ensure pricing is current and accurate in SAP.- Analyze sales data and prepare reports based on business needs.- Track, prepare and submit all price quotes to assigned customers using Littelfuse quoting system and required customer portals.- Review purchase orders from customers for accuracy against quotations and follow up on necessary corrections.- Maintain price tables for assigned customers and ensure pricing is current and accurate in SAP.- Analyze sales data and prepare reports based on business needs.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Remote, preferred Piedras Negras or Muzquiz, Coahuila.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales, customer service or similar role.-
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary.- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills- Results oriented, problem-solving skills, attention to detail.- Prior SAP experience would be a plus.
