Billing Clerk

Lincoln-Goldfinch Law seeks an experienced fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Billing Clerk to join our team. The Billing Clerk is responsible for managing entry-level day-to-day operations of the billing department including scheduling client payment plans, processing client payments, and responding to client inquiries on a timely basis.

This role is remote; thus, we are considering applicants from all over Mexico.

**Compensation/Benefits**

We provide health insurance and vacation offerings in accordance with government requirements, along with a positive environment with a team who values hard work and teamwork, and rewards both.

**Compensation**:
$175,000 - $190,000 MXN yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process payments for clients
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any errors
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper billing procedures are followed
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and any billing discrepancies
- Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
- Prepare reports on billing activity for management
- Answers internal and external financial inquiries including balance inquiries, payments, and other requests
- Undertake other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual - English & Spanish, written and verbal (required)
- 2-4 years experience in complex Billing (required)
- 2-3 years experience in customer service (required)
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels in the organization

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience is required
